MediaTrack wins three times at 2021 French Media Agency Grand Prix awards by OFFREMEDIA
Awards for diversification, inspiration, and sales houses and providers (in the “Challenger – independent agencies” category).
Our teams are proud of this triple accolade at the 2021 ceremony for the French Media Agency Grand Prix by OFFREMEDIA. And we are even prouder to have won these three specific awards, which are highly symbolic given the context we have been up against for nearly a year now. The crisis we are facing is forcing businesses to adapt fast – and in depth, in some cases. At CoSpirit MediaTrack, we didn’t wait for the onset of this crisis to generate an innovative and “inspired” corporate dynamic! This diversification strategy has proved particularly effective for weathering the current period, and for enabling us to adapt to the context and the market. And, as usual, we were keen to involve our clients and partners in this large-scale project!
Inspiration Award (at 2021 French Media Agency Grand Prix awards by OFFREMEDIA)
The first lockdown was the chance to step up our programme of social activities (internal codename: “Project Bagpipes”) aimed at maintaining team cohesion remotely. Remote working is a topic we know well at CoSpirit MediaTrack, as our teams are spread between three sites – in Lyon, Tours and Paris.
To give just two popular examples that illustrate our teambuilding programme:
→ Every Wednesday, our teams were invited to take part in an online talk by an external guest. Two categories of speaker lit up these inspirational sessions: business partners (Benjamin Cavalli from Programme Malin, Jean-Christophe Beau from My Mental Énergie, etc.) and personalities with unusual career stories (such as Delphine Le Sausse and Jean-Marc Lhermet).
→ The musicians among us formed a pop-up rock band, the “CoSpistols”. During the first lockdown, we managed to release covers of two legendary tracks: Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes and The Kinks’ All Day And All Of The Night.
A second source of inspiration for our teams in 2020 was Florian Grill’s bid to become chairman of the French Rugby Federation – a campaign that resonated with the values championed by the group and the way it values localness.

Our diversification push is fuelled by our new approach, “La France de”, in which territories and their respective characteristics are central to our strategies and media action plans. At CoSpirit MediaTrack, we talk more specifically in terms of “maturity”, as our expertise in France’s territories is an integral part of the group’s DNA. Put simply, we have decided to amplify this territorial dimension, which is absolutely key to making our client’s communications more effective, and to structuring our media approach accordingly.

And finally, winning the award handed out by our industry colleagues and business partners is a token of trust – a definite thumbs-up from the profession for all our employees, who every day commit hard alongside them. Quite simply, thank you to them for placing their trust in us!
In conclusion, we are proud and pleased to say we have now received 15 awards in the past seven years, 2021 included.
